www.marcresorts.com (i.e. same hotel, same type of hotel/condo, same number of guests, same dates of stay and same length of stay prior to or within 24 hours of booking the reservation on
www.marcresorts.com, please call Marc Resorts Hawaii at
1-800-535-0085. Once Marc Resorts Hawaii confirms the availability of the competing rate on the Internet, we will honor the lower rate or offer you a lower rate. This does
not apply and is not limited to: 1) Opaque or auction sites where the hotel name is not known until the booking is finalized. Examples are Hotwire.com® and Priceline.com®; 2) Websites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel/food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and rental car, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc. An Example of this would be Site59.com®; 3) Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services or amenities; 4) Qualified discount rates such as but not limited to Goverment, AAA, or Senior Discounts; and 5) Unpublished rates, negotiated rates, travel agency rates, groups, assocations or any other rate negotiated between a supplier and Marc Resorts Hawaii.
